Crafted by JOHI—a Santa Cruz design studio run by Holly and Raja, who named their company after Jordan and Hawaii, their respective family roots—it's a solid hardwood creation inspired by California's rolling hills. The felt bottom won't scratch your furniture, and each piece's wood grain is genuinely unique, which is either a feature or a reminder that nature doesn't believe in consistency. Introducing the Raita Towel in Clay—a striped marvel that whispers sophistication while actually meaning "stripes" in Finnish, which I find delightfully honest. Crafted from organic cotton terry, this towel arrives ready to transform your bathroom into something you'll actually want to spend time in. Before its maiden voyage, give it an overnight soak in cold water; this small ritual unlocks its full absorbent potential, much like how a good night's sleep unlocks mine. Machine wash at 60°. At 39.4" x 19.7", it's generously proportioned for those of us who believe towels should feel like small victories. Because life's too short for mediocre linens.
